LINDZEY A. SPICE, ATTORNEY
Attorney Lindzey Spice joined KLFGN in March 2025.
Prior to joining KLFGN, Lindzey was an Associate Counsel at Sentry Insurance Company, where she provided strategic in-house legal guidance on a wide range of employment law matters. With over 15 years of experience in employment law, Lindzey has significant legal experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, restrictive covenants, performance management, investigations, anti-harassment, discrimination, leaves, accommodations, discipline, compensation, separation issues, post-employment matters and more.
Before joining Sentry, Lindzey served as the Director of the Legal Division for the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. In this role, she provided legal counsel and support to the tribal legislature, departments, business entities, and government programs, handling a wide array of legal issues at the local, state, and federal levels, including issues in employment law, administrative law, municipal law, real estate law, business law, criminal law, child support, and other family law matters.
Lindzey also had her own law office where she handled numerous criminal defense matters.
Attorney Spice graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2002 and obtained her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 2005. She is committed to delivering clear, actionable legal advice and building strong, trusting relationships with clients.
A native of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Lindzey is excited to return to the community she grew up in. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, ruck hiking, and embracing the outdoors. Lindzey is also passionate about volunteering for youth-focused organizations in the community.
